Help & FAQ
Connection, importing, downloads, refunds… most issues can be solved here in a few steps.
Can't connect / spinning / timing out? Most cases fix themselves:
- Refresh / update the subscription first — nodes update live, usually enough.
- Switch nodes — try Japan / Singapore / US.
- Still stuck? Re-login, or screenshot and contact support.
Connection & Nodes
Can't connect / spinning / nodes all time out?
Nodes and lines update in real time — most cases you can fix it yourself. In order:
- ① Refresh nodes (most important): tap Refresh / Update subscription to pull the latest lines. Refresh before connecting.
- ② Switch nodes: they run through different datacenters — try Japan / Singapore / Hong Kong / US.
- ③ Try a relay node: when direct lines are congested, relay nodes are often more stable.
- ④ Log out and back in: fixes occasional stale-login issues.
- ⑤ Still stuck? Screenshot it, tell us your city, and we'll check the route with upstream.
Still broken after a while — could my app be outdated?
Many issues come from an outdated app. Always download / update to the latest client from the official site — old versions may fail to connect or sync nodes.
I want US / a specific region but those nodes barely work?
Refresh first, then try several nodes in that region. At peak times some routes (especially to the US) get congested — Japan / Singapore are usually more stable meanwhile, and relay nodes can help.
Still not working? Screenshot it and tell us your city — we'll check with upstream.
Connects but slow / laggy?
- Refresh, then pick a closer node (Japan / Singapore are usually faster for China).
- Some nodes get crowded at peak hours — compare a few, or try a relay node.
- Try switching between rule-based and global proxy modes.
Update your subscription often to keep nodes at peak availability.
Login & Account
Can't log in / wrong email or password?
- Log in with the email + password you used when ordering; mind case and stray spaces.
- Make sure you're on the latest official client — old versions can fail to log in.
- Forgot it? Use "Forgot password" to reset.
- Log out and back in once inside the app.
Not receiving the sign-up / email verification code?
- Check your Spam / Promotions folder first — codes often land there.
- Wait 1–2 minutes; don't spam the send button — it can rate-limit you.
- QQ / 163 mail sometimes delays or blocks it — try Gmail instead.
- Still nothing? Contact support and we'll help.
How many devices per account? Will it get banned?
Normal personal use across your own devices is fine. Don't mass-share the account or log in on many devices in a short time — it triggers risk control and can flag the account.
Download & Install
Which client do I download on each platform?
- iPhone / iPad: OrbitX (search "OrbitX" in the App Store) or Shadowrocket.
- macOS / Windows / Android: OneVPN, downloaded directly from the site.
We recommend the official client, kept up to date. The subscription link also works in other Clash-compatible clients, but we can't support third-party client settings.
OrbitX isn't in my (China) App Store — what now?
OrbitX needs a non-China (e.g. US) Apple ID to download. Our own shared Apple ID is no longer offered. We recommend the free shared accounts at AppleID Share, https://shareid.tools12345.com/ (multiple regions, filter for working accounts), or switch your App Store region yourself (free). Otherwise, on iOS you can also use Shadowrocket with the subscription link.
OneVPN won't start / work on Windows?
- Right-click the OneVPN tray icon → Quit to fully close it.
- Open %AppData% (Roaming) and delete the OneVPN and com.follow folders.
- Reopen OneVPN and log in with email + password to recover.
- If blocked on first run, right-click → Run as administrator.
Subscription & Import
How do I use / import my subscription link?
Copy your main subscription link from the dashboard, then import it into your client:
- OrbitX (iOS): use "One-click import to Orbit X" in the dashboard — nodes, rules and expiry come along.
- Shadowrocket (iOS): copy the link, add a subscription in Shadowrocket and paste it.
- OneVPN (macOS / Windows / Android): logs in and syncs nodes automatically — no manual import.
- Other clients (Clash Verge, Stash, FlClash, Clash Meta, etc.): the link works in any client — just add it as a subscription.
The official clients (OrbitX / OneVPN) are recommended for the best compatibility and stability. Third-party clients work, but we can't support their settings.
After importing, update the subscription regularly — nodes change in real time.
Why update the subscription often?
Lines and nodes are maintained live — bad ones drop, fresh ones come in. Updating (or refreshing in-app) gives you the currently best nodes, and it's the first thing to try when something breaks.
Plans & Payment
What plans are there and how much?
- Trial: cheap short-term trial, one per account.
- Monthly / quarterly / yearly: longer = cheaper, quarterly is as low as ¥9/month.
Not sure? Start with a short plan; if you're unhappy you can follow the refund flow.
Payment failed / paid but not credited?
- Retry with the other method (Alipay / WeChat).
- Charged but not activated: send the payment success screenshot to support and we'll verify and activate manually.
How do I renew? Will I lose my nodes?
Pick a renewal plan in the dashboard and pay — renewing doesn't affect your imported subscription, nodes keep working. Renew before expiry to avoid interruption.
Refund
How do I request a refund?
It's simple — submit it right on the site:
- Go to "Refund", pick the order.
- Choose the payment method and a reason.
- Upload the Alipay / WeChat payment success screenshot (required, JPG/PNG ≤5MB) and submit.
What's the refund policy?
- Submit as early as possible — the sooner, the higher the approval rate.
- For product issues, contact support first — most are fixed on the spot.
